- Define the idea in one sentence. Who uses it and what problem it solves. If you can’t say it briefly, the AI won’t understand it either.
- Pick the tool. Browser builders like Lovable, Bolt or Replit if you don’t want to touch code; agent editors like Cursor or Claude Code if you want more control. Take the free 4-question quiz.
- Ask for the app in parts. First the main screen, then the data, then the design. Good prompts save you half the errors: try the prompt generator.
- Test, fix and publish. Show the error to the AI, let it fix it, and put your app online with a link to share.

What I won’t promise you

For apps that handle payments, sensitive data or heavy traffic, get someone experienced to review security. What you can build fast: prototypes, internal tools, landing pages and MVPs to validate an idea.
